A few quick fixes first
- App won't open or feels stuck: fully quit and relaunch. On Mac, ⌘Q then reopen; on iPhone, swipe it away from the app switcher.
- An import looks off: make sure you're opening the original
.apkg/.colpkgexport, not a re-zipped copy. Still wrong? Send us the file. - Local AI isn't responding: the free tier runs a local model via Ollama on Mac — confirm Ollama is installed and running, or switch to a paid plan's managed AI.
- Keep your OS current: Avorio targets macOS 14+ and iOS 17+. Older versions aren't supported.
